We offer Member Self-Service (MSS)
Here you can check the benefits you have built up, as well as:
- keep your personal and contact details up to date
- enter a nomination for your death grant
- send us secure messages
User and Password creation
When you set up MSS, you will have to create a username. This cannot be your email address.
You will also have to set a password. This needs to be at least 8 characters long and include:
- an upper-case letter
- a lower-case letter
- a number
- a special character such as * or ?
Password Reset
If you need a password reset link, you can get one by entering either your username or an email address, but the email address must be the same as the one we already have on your record.
